Liberal Conspiracy. Notera att Sune Nordwall alltså vidhåller att jag gör mig skyldig till ärekränkning genom att ha en länklista på min blogg. Och Sune Nordwall menar dessutom att det är ärekränkning i lagens mening. Ja, beroende på jurisdiktion. Inte den jurisdiktion jag lever i och begår ‘brottet’ inom, får vi väl tolka Nordwalls lilla tillägg som? Men om anklagaren, Sune och/eller waldorfrörelsen, får välja och vraka bland all världens jurisdiktioner för att hitta någon som innehåller lagstiftning som passar hans/deras syften — får jag då också välja vilken lokal rättsordning som helst för mitt försvar? Vad är det för dummerjönsande, Sune! Jag sitter vid mitt matbord i centrala Stockholm! Det är sittandes vid detta bord jag ‘ärekränkt’ waldorfpedagogiken. Eller, i vardagligt tal, det är här jag suttit när jag nedskrivit mina synpunkter och erfarenheter och upprättat en beskedlig länklista. Jag begriper rakt inte varför Sune inte förmår argumentera för sin sak, utan att luta sig mot sin låtsaskompis Lagen, som uppenbarligen förser honom med rättsliga argument han inte förstår och inte kan använda.

Sune/TheBee, how about replying to me. You accused me (comment #64) of maintaining a collection of links that was, in your estimation, libellous and/or defamatory. If you don’t reply, I urge everybody reading to interpret this as a retraction of your earlier accusation. That is good. But I’d prefer if you’d be explicit. It is, after all, a pretty grave accusation.

I tell it as I see it, that your link page, mentioned and linked to in the discussion here, not in all countriees, but in some under some circumstances, promotes libel and defamation of Waldorf schools, not only in a factual, but also in a legal sense.

Do you understand that there are consequences to making claims like these? Either you act on your assertions. Have you? I urge you to do it, now. Or your accusations were unfounded, in which case you are libelling me by repeatedly making them, by repeatedly asserting that I’m committing crimes*. I’ve told you so several times in the past. You apparently think you don’t have to take the consequences of your accusations. I suggest you rethink.
*you and I live in Sweden, Sune. I don’t care about your guesses as to what the laws are in Iran, Uganda, Canada or Greenland. I’m sure I’m breaking laws of many jurisdictions (for example, I go out in public without a chaperone and shake hands with unknown men, I’m sure I’d be stoned to death in some places for that) — it’s just that since I don’t live in these jurisdictions, it doesn’t need bother me. And it is libellous of you do claim, eg, that I’m breaking the laws of Iran, if you’d claim that. I am under no obligation to heed the laws of Iran, thus I’m not doing anything wrong if I break them!
Sune, as for suing — YOU say I’m committing crimes. YOU contact the police or the district attorney’s office (whatever is appropriate).

Det norska författarparet Sandberg och Kristoffersen, bland flera, kan säkert hjälpa med tips om hur viktigt respekt och aktning är för antroposoferna.
Oh ja. Den där bloggen är ett utmärkt exempel. Sune har faktiskt själv gjort reklam för den bloggen i en kommentarstråd här. Han menade då att den bloggen var en motvikt till Sandbergs och Kristoffersens bok. Hur, det är en gåta. Det är snarast så att bloggen i fråga bekräftar det kritiker säger om antroposofer/waldorfföreträdare.
Respekt och aktning har jag däremot för Kristín som inte ‘exploaterat’ det faktum att hon utsatts för denna dynga.

Sune doesn’t listen to other people’s opinions. He’s bothersome to the point of exhaustion. A stubborn and “omniscient” person who always thinks he’s right. Arrogant and acting allknowing. Just an other monomaniac: One who redoubles his effort when he has forgotten his genuine ethical aim. No one takes him seriously, but assess that he is just another fanatic.
Sune: Pride and allegiance is fine and good up until a point, but as soon as you believe that you are in some special way better than everybody else, you become a dickhead.
Fanaticism is overcompensation for doubt: There is nobody as enslaved as the fanatic, Sune, the person in whom one impluse, one value, has assumed ascendancy over all others. Since the stupid in our midst are breeding uncontrollably while the intelligent minority are dying out, one can easily predict that our stupidity will far outpace our progress within a few decades, and propel us back to the Stone Age or extinction with in a few centuries. You can never go broke by underestimating the stupidity of the human race.
