Stanley Coren, the dog researcher, offers some canineosophical wisdom:

‘On the issue of temporal cosmology, the dog philosophers are very clear — stay in the present—that’s where you can have an effect, and where you are likely to find the treats. If for some reason you cannot maintain your hold on the present, take a nap.’

    Intriguing that black cats are good luck in the uk. I thought they were universally bad luck. Altough, of course, all cats are bad luck, according to canineosophy.

  2. Never underestimate the value of a good nap. (I’m living with three dogs and a black cat… I think all three are good luck.) ;)

    A nap can be a blessing and a curse. I’m ambivalent about napping. Mr Dog has a natural talent for healthy naps though.
